Exchange & Refund Policy

Once the courier has completed the delivery, refunds or exchanges are no longer handled during the same visit. You’ll always have the opportunity to try on your items upon arrival before deciding

If you’re not satisfied during the delivery visit, you may return the item directly to the courier and only the delivery fee will apply.

If the courier has already left and you’d still like to request a refund or exchange, that’s absolutely possible. However, additional return/exchange shipping fees will apply in this case.

For refunds and exchanges after delivery:
• Items must be in perfect condition
• Original tags/labels must still be attached
• Items must be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
